Yesterday morning, I attended the Noon By Noor SS19 Show to kick off NYFW. Before I start talking about the collection, let me run you through my morning.
Maxwell Muller took all the photos that I will be sharing with you, and we went to the show together. There was a ton of traffic on our way and we didn't want to be late, so as soon as our Lyft got close enough to Spring Studios, we hopped out and walked the rest of the way. As we were crossing the street, I got papped for the very first time. Paparazzi taking pictures of me??? WILD.
As excited as I was, I was also quite anxious. Max and I got separated as we were walking inside as I had a seat for the show and he had standing room. I was alone and a little nervous walking into the gallery for the runway show, but as soon as I walked into this stunning space, all my nervousness disappeared. I was overcome with gratitude, and I took a moment to reflect on how far I've come. There was eerie music playing as attendees were finding their seats, and it gave me goosebumps everywhere. It really was a surreal experience and I am so grateful to have these opportunities to share with all of you.
The show started without any warning and caught the entire room by surprise. The music suddenly got loud and the runway lights turned on and the first model came out of the wings and walked down the runway.
The Noon By Noor SS19 collection overall is simply stunning. Ready-to-wear fashion that is effortlessly beautiful and flattering on every model. Below I am going to share a few of my favorite runway moments captured by Maxwell Muller.
